Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor or lead experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales.
• Lead and coach store Team Members and support Loan processing and extensions.
• Open and close store procedures and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Follow company policies and maintain a friendly, courteous environment.
