EZPAWN Oklahoma, Inc. is seeking a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to guide daily operations in a fast-paced pawn environment and to grow into greater leadership roles. You will deliver exceptional customer service, promote sales, and coach Team Members to build strong customer relationships.

The position offers pay from $14.50 to $16.00 per hour, with benefits and bonus potential, plus a clear career path through structured leadership training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor or lead experience.
• Pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• No cost for TM-only medical insurance with BCBS EPO plan.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess an engaging personality, solid leadership, strong negotiation talents, and the ability to read and manage customer needs. You should also be highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent judgment as well as strong time‑management and prioritization skills. It is also important you display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build solid ongoing customer relationships. Additional requirements for the role include:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus
• Sales background, a plus
• Bilingual, a plus
