Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Knowledge of pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) a plus.
• Sales background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process loans and extensions.
• Arrange jointly satisfactory terms for pawned items.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store team members.
• Provide outstanding customer service and promote sales.
