EZPAWN is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead store operations and drive sales in a fast-paced pawn environment. You will oversee loan processing, customer engagement, and staff coaching to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor/leadership experience.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of pawned items (tools, jewelry, electronics) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process loans and extensions for customers.
• Negotiate terms for items to be pawned or extended.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store Team Members to meet goals.
