Job summary

EZCORP's EZPAWN brand in Indianapolis is looking for a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) to lead store operations, assist customers, and drive pawn loan sales. You will supervise Team Members, help manage day-to-day workflows, and uphold our commitment to service excellence in a fast-paced setting.

The role offers competitive pay ($15.00–$17.00 per hour), a structured training path, uncapped bonus potential, health insurance, a 401(k) match, generous time off, and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships while promoting sales and deals.
• Process loans and extensions and negotiate terms for pawned items.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Supervise and coach store Team Members.
