Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; construction degree preferred.
• 5+ years in asphalt paving, road or bridge construction.
• 3+ years in a field supervisory role with leadership responsibility.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans, specifications, and technical documents; basic job costing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership to foremen, paving crews, and subcontractors; allocate labor, equipment and materials.
• Coordinate daily work, monitor milestones, and manage material deliveries to stay on schedule.
• Collaborate with Project Managers on job costs and productivity to minimize delays or overruns.
• Champion safety; perform site inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor field personnel and maintain daily field paperwork and equipment maintenance.
