Job summary

Libs Paving Co., Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to provide planning, supervision, and documentation for job site activities. The role directs Supervisors across asphalt prep, paving, sealcoat, striping, and concrete demolition and finishing, ensuring safety and operational success.

The position requires strong leadership, site work expertise, and the ability to coordinate with scheduling and senior management to meet project needs while upholding Libs Paving standards and policies.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Supervisors across prep, paving, concrete, excavation, striping and sealcoat.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor crew activities with senior operations leaders.
• Ensure adherence to Libs Paving standards, quality, and safety policies.
