Qualifications

• 5+ years of asphalt paving experience.
• Experience as a Foreman, Paving Foreman, General Foreman or Working Superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of asphalt paving operations and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise asphalt paving crews on major infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate daily paving operations, manpower, materials and equipment.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to specification.
• Read and interpret plans, specifications and elevations.
