Job summary

Vipaving is seeking a Project Manager to lead and develop large paving projects in Christiansted. The role involves managing all phases of projects to meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of construction methods, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing, scheduling and estimating.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop all aspects of large paving projects from start to finish.
• Communicate the status, challenges, budgets, and timelines with required team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project engineers, and superintendents.
