Job summary

Vipaving is seeking a General Manager (GM) for day-to-day operational management of construction activities in the US Virgin Islands. The GM will ensure projects run efficiently and profitably while managing a team of project managers and supervisors.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of experience in heavy civil construction, expertise in field management, and strong leadership skills. A competitive salary and performance-based bonuses are included.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years experience in heavy civil construction or paving operations.
• Strong understanding of field management and plant coordination.
• Experience with scheduling software and project cost control systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations across paving, bridges, utilities, and earthwork divisions.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Supervise project managers, superintendents, and field supervisors.
