Job summary

Branscome Inc. is seeking a Paving Construction Project Manager to lead diverse paving projects across Hampton Roads in Virginia. You will report to the Director of Paving Operations and manage projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings strong time management, problem solving, and leadership skills to a fast-paced environment. Office locations include Williamsburg, Hampton, and Virginia Beach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience with supervision.
• Experience on highway projects valued at $10M-$20M.
• Understanding of OHSA regulations and safety codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead paving projects from start to finish.
• Monitor costs, schedules, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Superintendent and project team on means and methods.
• Maintain project documentation and pay records.
• Inform supervisors of schedule changes promptly.
• Ensure quality and regulatory compliance; manage closeout.
