Qualifications

• Proven experience as a paving foreman or similar supervisory role.

• Ability to interpret plans, specs, and production reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise paving crews to meet daily production, quality, and safety goals.
• Oversee asphalt paving operations and equipment coordination.
• Read construction plans and ensure compaction and joint specifications.
