Job summary

Bexar County PA is seeking a Pavement Marking Operator III to lead the Pavement Marking team within the Traffic Department. You will oversee maintenance, repair, and reliability of traffic control devices and manage projects with a high degree of autonomy.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in traffic control with supervisory experience, plus TX MUTCD knowledge and a valid Texas CDL. The role requires safety compliance and collaboration with engineers and other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five+ years in traffic control device maintenance with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of TXMUTCD guidelines.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems related to traffic control devices.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains Pavement Marking Operators I and II.
• Oversees complex traffic-related projects.
• Leads installation, maintenance and repair of pavement marking traffic control devices.
