RadNet seeks a Patient Services Team Lead to manage front-office operations at our radiology center in Bayonne. You will supervise staff, train them, coordinate schedules, greet patients, and ensure accurate registration and billing while safeguarding patient information.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years as a Patient Service Representative in a radiology center.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lead a team and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of front-office staff.
• Provide training, inspiration, and guidance to the team.
• Coordinate work schedules and assist in interviewing front-office candidates.
• Greet patients and act as liaison between physicians and patients.
• Register patients and collect insurance and signatures.
• Verify patient/physician/insurance changes for billing and collect co-pays.
• Answer phones and schedule patients.
• Contribute to process improvements and center operations.
