Job summary

Gundersen Health System is seeking a Lead Patient Service Specialist to deliver outstanding patient experiences at the La Crosse/Onalaska on-site locations. You’ll lead front-desk interactions, coordinate with clinicians, and drive first-contact excellence.

The role offers a 1.0 FTE schedule (40 hours/week), with 10-hour day shifts Mon-Fri, rotating hours, and a weekend rotation every 9 weeks. Starting pay is $20.31/hour plus experience-related increases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• 2 years in a Patient Services Specialist position or related work experience.

What's Available

1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 10-hour day shifts; rotating hours between 6:00 AM-5:00 PM with one weekday off

Weekend Rotation: Once every 9 weeks, 6:30am-5pm

Holidays: Rotating

Location: On-site in La Crosse, WI and Onalaska, WI

What you need
