Emplify Health is seeking a Senior Office Assistant in Patient Experience to provide advanced administrative support across departments in La Crosse, WI. The role focuses on calendar management, document preparation, reporting, and coordination of projects and events.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong organizational and computer skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalency and post high school training lasting a minimum of one year in a formal Business/Computer/Administrative/Secretarial/Office program, training, or course work
  • Able to multitask, be organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong computer and technology skills; Epic experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced clerical and administrative support across multiple departments using various computer systems and applications.
  • Independently research, design, and prepare complex reports and documents, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
  • Manage high-volume calendar scheduling, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for division staff.
  • Coordinate divisional projects, educational sessions, and events, while adhering to deadlines and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Handle confidential information while supporting report and presentation preparation, including charts, graphs, and tables.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks such as budget tracking, database maintenance, filing systems, and office supply management.
  • Occasionally manage patient complaints, grievances, and compliment communications, while demonstrating empathy, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely follow-up.

We are seeking a resourceful and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Office Assistant in Patient Experience! If you are proactive and eager to contribute to a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you!

What's Available
  • Hours: 40 hours/week
  • Shift: Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8 am-4:30 pm
  • Department: Patient Experience
  • Location: On-site, La Crosse, WI
What You'll Do

What You' Need
