Blue Cloud Pediatric Surgery Centers is hiring a Lead Patient Service Coordinator for our Bridgeton, MO dental office front desk. This full-time on-site role welcomes patients and families, registers visits, and coordinates daily appointments in a fast-paced environment.

You will provide patient information, distribute forms, and ensure a smooth check-in process. Strong critical thinking, clear communication, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred to serve our diverse patient base.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of customer service in a high-volume dental or medical office setting.

YOU HAVE

Requirements + Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills along with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.


• Computer skills to include word processing and spreadsheet.


• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Preferred

• Strong background in patient care environment
