Responsibilities

• Lead daily department activities to assure quality food and nutrition services.
• Coordinate with managers and staff; schedule and adjust staffing as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety policies and conduct inspections readiness.
• Administer and document menus and patient meals using automated systems.
• Participate in hiring, staff development and patient satisfaction initiatives.
