Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of food preparation in commercial or institutional settings preferred.
• SERV-SAFE or Virginia Health Dept certification or ability to obtain within one year.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and/or retherms food for patients, visitors and staff following recipes and guidelines.
• Maintains documentation including temperature logs as required.
• Participates in department activities and may assist with cashiering, tray assembly and dishwashing.
