Preferred qualifications include an associate’s degree in healthcare or business administration, BLS, CHAA, CRCS, and experience with Epic and MEDITECH systems. Knowledge of financial clearance processes and prior supervisory exposure are highly valued.
This individual is responsible for the day-to-day staff management, identification of issues with resolution, and staff quality/productivity measures. This position is responsible for promoting a positive patient experience and ensuring patient satisfaction.
This position works Monday through Friday, from 3:30pm to 12:00pm.
