Qualifications

• Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification at hire.
• CHAA certification at hire.
• CRCS certification at hire.
• 6 months familiarity with basic financial clearance functions.
• 3 years supervisory experience in outpatient registration or healthcare setting.
• 1 year knowledge of Epic applications.
• 6 months coursework in team building, facilitating teams, process improvement, conflict resolution.
• Experience with MEDITECH system.
