Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare or business administration
• Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association
• Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)
• Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)
• 6 months of familiarity with basic financial clearance functions
• 3 years of supervisory experience in outpatient registration or related healthcare setting
• 1 year of knowledge of Epic applications
• 6 months of coursework in team building, facilitating teams, process improvement, conflict resolution
• Experience with MEDITECH system

Lead Patient Admissions Coordinator - Full Time, Evening Shift, On Site

This individual is responsible for the day-to-day staff management, identification of issues with resolution, and staff quality/productivity measures. This position is responsible for promoting a positive patient experience and ensuring patient satisfaction.

This position works Monday through Friday, from 3:30pm to 12:00pm.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in healthcare or business administration, or equivalent educ/experience
• Upon hire: Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA)
• Upon hire: Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS)
