The position monitors performance metrics, collaborates with internal departments, and communicates operational concerns to leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Patient Access, registration, or healthcare admissions experience required.
• Previous lead, trainer, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of registration workflows and documentation standards.
• Ability to monitor quality and productivity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, direction, and monitoring of Patient Access registration staff.
• Review and monitor point-of-service collections to ensure departmental goals are achieved.
• Audit registrations for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established workflows.
