The Lead Registrar provides daily support, guidance, and oversight of registration staff and patient admission activities to ensure efficient, accurate, and customer-focused registration services. This role serves as a subject matter expert in Patient Access processes, workflows, and best practices while promoting quality, productivity, and exceptional patient experiences. The Lead Registrar collaborates with internal departments, monitors performance metrics, and proactively communicates operational concerns to leadership.
Pay Range: $19.10 to $28.65 Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including the market range, candidate's qualifications and experience, as well as internal peer equity.
