Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of related experience, including one year supervisory experience in a large complex healthcare setting.
• Recent experience in OB/GYN clinic.
• Recent experience in Optometry clinic.
• Recent experience in Neurology, Dermatology, Allergy, Rheumatology, Colorectal surgery.
• Experience with processing payments for contacts and authorization through Eyeinfinity.
• Experience with processing payments for cosmetic procedures.
• Knowledge of computer programs to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Ambulatory setting knowledge.
• Administrative lead experience.
• Front office administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end duties such as reception, call center, referrals and authorizations.
• Provide leadership and training for junior staff.
• Serve as resource for multiple departments including primary care and Express clinic.
• Initiate and participate in improvement efforts impacting the practice.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
