Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads department and participates in pastry preparation and production.
• Creates chocolates, confections, pastries, and plated desserts.
• Teaches the art of pastries and baked goods.
• Supervises Bakery Cooks in preparing, baking and serving desserts and baked products.
• Ensures all final baked goods preparation meets company standards.
• Maintains health, safety, and sanitation standards.
