Qualifications

• Meets biblical qualifications of a pastor per 1 Timothy 3:1-7.
• Seven years of Senior Pastor experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Give priority to prayer, biblical study, sermon preparation, preaching, and teaching.
• Serve as the primary preacher and teacher of Lakeview Baptist Church.
• Faithfully explain Scripture and guard the congregation against doctrinal error.
• Maintain membership and participate in worship and ministry.
• Provide pastoral leadership to church staff and ministry teams.
• Work cooperatively with Deacon Fellowship and other church ministries.
• Maintain confidentiality and conduct yourself with integrity.
