Job summary

Lane Prairie Baptist Church in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a full-time Lead Pastor to shepherd a healthy, growing congregation committed to Biblical faithfulness, evangelism, and discipleship. The Lead Pastor will proclaim the Gospel, provide pastoral care, and provide administrative leadership to staff and elected officers.

He will cast vision, model spiritual maturity, and develop a robust discipleship culture.

Qualifications

• Must meet Biblical standards per I Timothy 3:1-7.
• Experience shepherding a church toward biblical faithfulness and growth.
• Proven ability to lead, teach, and care for a multi-generational church.

Responsibilities

• Lead in determining church mission and objectives.
• Proclaim the Gospel to the congregation and community.
• Provide pastoral care for members and others in the community.
