Job description

Overview

FPCGF seeks a pastor who will walk along with us, to help us grow, and to challenge us to live more completely into a biblical life within the Reformed worldview. We’re praying for a leader who will connect us as a community and partner with us in ministry to fully engage our hearts and minds as committed Christians.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Starting with a good Pastoral heart, our pastor should be a Christ-centered theologically traditional reformed Bible based leader. You will be a team builder, motivator, mentor and a good communicator. You will lead by example by personally reflecting what is preached from the pulpit, and being personable and approachable. You should set the tone of the church to be welcoming and vibrant. You should expect to be available to perform your duties around the clock, as needed, to perform such things as weddings, funerals and calling on the elderly and the home-bound. You will guide all committees, oversee communications and provide leadership to our youth and our mission outreach programs.
