Position Summary
The Senior Pastor balances expository preaching, relational shepherding and thoughtful leadership as a pastor‑teacher who equips the saints, fosters unity and models a life shaped by grace. He works collaboratively with the Session and church staff to guard the theological health of the church, cultivate spiritual formation and lead the congregation in faithful witness and mission within Greensboro. Informed by the tenets of reformed theology, the Senior Pastor pursues ministry guided by CCG’s five core values:

- Provides pastoral counseling from a Biblical basis for those in spiritual or emotional crisis, referring when appropriate to licensed professionals.
- Prioritizes pastoral visitation, counseling, discipleship and prayer.
