Job summary

Quantem Aviation Services, a premier aircraft handling provider, seeks a Passenger Service Agent to deliver exemplary customer service at the airport, including check-in, boarding, and baggage assistance. Role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and professionalism at all times.

Responsibilities include ticketing and gate functions, announcements, and ensuring safety standards while supporting on-time flight operations. Training and advancement opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• US CBP seal required; Orlando CBP requires US citizenship or permanent resident status.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet passengers at the ticket counter, gate, and baggage areas.
• Handle ticketing, gate and jet bridge functions and related announcements.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure safety standards are met.
• Assist with on-time loading/unloading of flights and provide flight information.
• Communicate in English and Spanish with passengers.
