Job summary

The Inland Group of Companies is seeking a Lead Passenger Service Agent (Bilingual English/Spanish) to provide exceptional service at the airport. This full-time role focuses on ticketing, gate operations, boarding, and passenger assistance across the ticket counter and concourse.

Eligible candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, capable of handling dynamic flight schedules, and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Maintain and treat all information as confidential.
• Possess the tact to deal with all levels of employees and client representatives.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to verbally direct and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Impeccable attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting passengers.
• Ticketing, gate and jet bridge functions.
• Remain professional and alert at all times.
• Ensure QAS and customer safety standards are met and maintained.
• Ensure that all flights that Quantem loads and/or unloads operate on time.
