Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a Senior Maintenance Worker or equivalent.
• Five years of parks or public-works maintenance with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of sports-turf maintenance and irrigation basics.
• Strong administrative skills including budgeting and contract administration.
• Ability to lead and improve work processes and manage safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and schedules.
• Inspect projects and coordinate contracts.
