Lynx EMS in Parma Heights, OH is seeking dependable FT Day Paramedics to provide Advanced Life Support during emergency responses, interfacility transfers, and scheduled transports. Qualifications

• Current Ohio Paramedic certification or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Professional, reliable, and patient-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide ALS care in accordance with state protocols.
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients during transport.
• Administer medications and perform advanced procedures within scope of practice.
• Lead and support EMT partners.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and inspection-ready ambulance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and healthcare partners.
• Follow all company policies and safety standards.
