You will coordinate with DOJ case teams and trial staff, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to contract requirements while growing your eDiscovery capabilities through paid certifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience or JD/ABA law student with relevant training.
• Supervisory experience managing paralegals and staff.
• Experience with legal research tools such as Lexis and Westlaw.
• Working knowledge of federal and state court systems and procedures.
• Proficient with common computer applications and document management systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the work of paralegals and other support staff.
• Perform complex legal and factual research using Relativity and other eDiscovery tools.
• Collaborate with DOJ case teams on project requirements, schedules, and litigation support.
• Monitor progress and ensure deliverables meet contract and attorney requirements.
• Troubleshoot, perform quality control, and develop procedures for case files and materials.
• Coordinate with other contractor staff to accomplish work and access DOJ resources.
