Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Director, Paid Social to join our growing Media Activation team. The AD leads campaign strategy, planning and execution while coaching Managers and Associates on accounts.

You’ll be the primary point of contact for internal and external teams, guiding onboarding and training on media buying platforms. This is a remote role with potential office options in major US hubs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience working in digital media as a campaign manager – owning buying platform management, campaign management, optimization & digital media operations
• 5+ years of hands-on platform experience – Programmatic, Paid Search and/or Paid Social
• Successful track record of taking on increasing levels of responsibility
• Excellent communication and ability to lead day-to-day meetings and client deliverables
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & Word, and data-driven decision making

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical strategy and planning for campaigns from a brief
• Manage a team of Managers/Associates who work on the same accounts
• Train the team to build campaigns in buying platforms and perform QA
• Attend meetings to ensure alignment between capability and client needs
• Pull platform reporting and generate insights for analytics readouts and client delivery
• Oversee monthly billing and actualization between vendor and internal teams
• Lead planning with senior team members and Integrated Media team
• Vet vendor offerings to ensure best-in-class tech and tools
• Maintain communication with vendor partners
• Provide timely updates to all stakeholders
• Participate in client meetings, leading when applicable
• Develop multi-channel plans and recommendations for measurement and optimization
• Prepare and present client-facing slides summarizing campaign performance and outcomes
• Onboard and train associates on account specifics and platforms
