Real Chemistry is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to join our growing team. You will lead paid social strategy, planning, execution, and delivery to meet client objectives, acting as day-to-day paid social lead across multiple accounts within a collaborative, integrated team.

This hybrid role can be based in several US offices or remote within the US, reflecting team needs. Expect to partner with strategy, analytics, and creative teams to drive omni-channel campaigns and measurable business

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns.
• Hands-on trader for performance marketing across multiple platforms.
• Strong knowledge of platform data to measure campaign performance.
• Proficiency with buying platforms and relevant certifications a plus.
• Demonstrated project management skills under deadline pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social planning, strategy, and campaign execution for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate objectives into media plans.
• Guide creative and placement optimizations and KPI-focused measurement.
• Monitor budgets and approvals in ad platforms and internal systems.
• Share insights on research, trends, and performance with clients.
