Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to join our expanding team. You will lead paid social campaign planning, strategy, execution, and delivery to meet client goals, acting as the day-to-day contact for strategy and account teams.

You’ll manage omni-channel digital campaigns, optimize creative and placements, and contribute to KPI-driven reporting. This hybrid role supports US offices or remote work, with compensation reflecting experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience managing paid social and hands-on trader duties across multiple platforms.
• Pharma/healthcare experience is preferred but not required; strong platform knowledge is essential.
• Proficiency with buying platforms: Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, X Ads; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day paid social activities across multiple healthcare accounts within an integrated team.
• Plan, execute, QA, optimize, and manage social campaigns to meet client objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to translate objectives into media plans and KPIs.
