• Breakdown Barriers: Every great campaign lives or dies at the moment of approval. It’s your responsibility to understand these moments and support your strategist in earning a yes.
• Accountability: We need leaders, not managers. Build structure, create a cadence, support proactively, and empower your team with clear communication + expectation setting.

• Bookings: $150k for each half of the year across pod
