Shinesty, Inc. is seeking a Lead Creative Strategist to own the paid creative across Meta and other channels. You will set the creative roadmap, manage in-house producers and agencies, write scripts, and guide campaigns that fit Shinesty's voice.

Blend creative instincts with analytics to run testing, identify what scales, and push for continuous ad improvement across multiple platforms in a fast-paced, humorous brand environment.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years in paid creative strategy, growth creative, or performance marketing for a DTC or e-commerce brand with real spend behind your work.
• Strong ability to read creative analytics and translate data into actionable tests and scaling decisions.
• Experience managing in-house producers and external agencies to deliver high-quality ads.

Responsabilités

• Own the creative roadmap and testing pipeline across channels.
• Lead and coach in-house creatives and agencies to produce ads in Shinesty's voice.
• Analyze ad performance and iterate on hooks, formats, and lengths.
• Ship ads personally and ensure rapid testing and learning cycles.
• Collaborate with photographers, designers, editors, and media buyers to move concepts to live ads.
