Job summary

Shinesty, Inc. seeks a Lead Creative Strategist to own paid creative across in-house and agency partners. You will set the creative roadmap, lead testing, and personally contribute concepts and scripts in Shinesty's voice. This is a player/coach role with responsibility for budgets, timelines, and results.

You will work with photographers, editors, designers, and media buyers, turning ideas into testable ads across Meta and other channels, leveraging AI tools to move fast and drive scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in paid creative strategy, growth creative, or performance marketing for a DTC or e-commerce brand.
• Experience managing agencies and direct reports.
• Strong ability to read creative analytics and act on insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative roadmap and prioritize the paid creative pipeline.
• Concept new ads, write scripts and copy in Shinesty's voice.
• Build a testing system with hypotheses, variables, and cadence to scale.
• Lead in-house producers and agencies, giving direction and feedback.
