Scentbird is seeking a Senior Packaging Technician in New Jersey to lead make-ready, setup, operation, and monitoring of filling, labeling, and coding systems across high-speed lines. You will train crew, ensure quality, and support safe, efficient production in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include line setup, equipment changes, process optimization, and ensuring batch documentation accuracy while maintaining GMP standards and safety protocols.

Qualifikationen

• 7 years of experience operating multi-equipment packaging or filling lines.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, including changeovers and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of GMP, quality checks, and production documentation.
• Experience supervising, training, or coordinating technical staff.
• Clear communication and good organizational skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform complete setup and changeovers on filling, labeling, and coding equipment.
• Operate and monitor filling, capping, and in-line labeling modules.
• Prepare equipment for specialty formats and small-batch production.
• Set up label rolls, calibrate sensors, and adjust label position.
• Train technicians on machine operation, changeovers, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain GMP compliance and audit readiness.
