Job summary

Piedmont Candy Company is seeking an experienced Packaging Supervisor to lead the packaging department on 1st shift. You will supervise Packaging Techs and Floaters across multiple lines to keep products moving safely and on schedule while meeting food safety and quality standards.

The role requires 3+ years of leadership in a packaging environment, strong knowledge of GMP/HACCP, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a packaging department, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong communication, organization, and people-leadership skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of packaging equipment and GMP/HACCP familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Packaging Techs, Floaters, and other team members across all packaging lines.
• Provide daily direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Recruit, onboard, and cross-train staff to build a flexible team and reduce downtime.
