• Fluency in a language other than English.

• Gives work direction to packaging operators to organize setup and run time.
• Monitor packaging lines to ensure quality and legibility of codes.
• Coordinate with processors on line readiness and production requirements.
• Direct sanitation and GMP activities to meet USDA standards.
• Prepare written reports and maintain logs required by company and USDA.
• Assist supervisor in training and cross-cover as needed.
