Formación

• One to three months lead experience or training.

• Direct packaging operators to run lines safely and efficiently.
• Monitor packaging lines for quality and legible codes per USDA standards.
• Coordinate line readiness, product mix, and sterilization to meet production needs.
• Oversee sanitation and GMP activities to maintain USDA compliance.
• Train personnel and cover shifts to meet production requirements.
