Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification required.
• Powered Industrial Truck training completed.
• Read simple English instructions and memos.
• Write simple English correspondence.
• Communicate in English with others; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Direct job assignments and support to the Precooked line workers.
• Train new line workers and operators.
• Assist shift supervisor in Packaging Department management.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and food safety and quality policies complied with.
• Oversee equipment operation, CIP, sanitation, and GMP adherence.
• Address employee issues and cover for supervisor as needed.
