Formación

• Lead experience or training in a packaging or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the shift supervisor in managing the Packaging Department.
• Direct packaging operators and utility staff to organize time during setup, overs, and run time.
• Monitor packaging lines to ensure quality product and legible codes meeting USDA standards.
• Coordinate with processors on run timing, line readiness, and production requirements.
• Direct sanitation and GMP activities to ensure USDA and company standards are met.
• Assist with training of personnel and maintain required logs and reports.
