Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to understand safety and quality standards.
• Ability to read, write, and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate UHT processing and CIP systems; log time, temperature, pressure and flow data.
• Ensure sanitation, GMP compliance, and proper handling of eggs.
• Coordinate with packaging lead for start-up and line hookup.
• Direct processing staff in sanitation, CIP receiving and transferring of eggs.
• Train processing personnel and minimize downtime during cleanup.
