The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a discipline related to the role with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong ability to translate customer objectives into creative packaging design.
• Proficiency in packaging software including AutoCAD, Quark Express, Freehand, Photoshop and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Leads in the design phase from objectives analysis to production while meeting manufacturing criteria.
• Creates visual solutions for packaging, advertising, and sales support needs.
• Produces various formats and materials, including 3D drawings, prototypes, and technical drawings.
• Prepares finished digital art and manages electronic files throughout the design process.
• Coordinates with outside agencies, printers, and internal teams to complete projects.
