You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead design reviews, and enforce standards while guiding junior designers on craft and system thinking. This role offers a dynamic environment across marketing, legal, and professional services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional design or creative services experience.
• Specialized depth of expertise in modular design and scalable systems.
• Ability to lead large-scale technical projects.
• Proficiency with emerging design technologies and workflow automation.

Responsabilités

• Architect scalable, modular design systems and master templates for long-term cross-functional scalability.
• Audit workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement automation to improve efficiency.
• Lead design reviews with senior stakeholders to build consensus on design approaches.
• Serve as the primary SME for internal discovery and external vendor production.
• Establish and enforce departmental standards for visual hierarchy via peer reviews and audits.
• Mentor junior and mid-level designers on craft, execution, and system thinking.
